D. John Neese, Jr., Attorney

John is an experienced litigator who has tried a broad range of cases to successful verdict. John is the lead attorney for the firm's welding fume and environmental contamination dockets.
John spent the first four years of his career at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. in Houston , where he tried cases involving issues of commercial, construction, personal injury and real estate law. After coming to Williams Kherkher in 2001, John has continued his trial practice, successfully representing plaintiffs in litigation against a variety of defendants, including corporations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, insurance companies, transportation/trucking companies, and oil companies, among others.
John was recognized by his peers as among the top 2.5% of Texas up-and-coming attorneys in the 2007 and 2008 issues of
Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition and Texas Monthly.
