Michael Patronella, Attorney
Michael Patronella has a passion for the law. "The law is the equalizer in our society, that allows the little guy the opportunity to go up against the big guy. He has really been a lawyer all his life. "I believe one of my earliest memories is my family telling me: "You love to argue, you would be a great lawyer." and I always thought that becoming a lawyer would be an honorable way to make a living. I have not been disappointed."
Mike went to law school a year out of college and has "officially" practiced law since then. "My clients know that they are getting everything thing that I have and everything that I am when I take on their case. Taking my cases personally is the only way I know how to represent my clients. You have to get close enough to your client to truly know them." And Mike believes this is what makes Williams Kherkher Hart Boundas Law Firm, LLP different. That does not mean that there are not some bad days, "Getting a phone call at 5 am on a Saturday Morning from my client Joseph E. Broussard's daughter advising me that he just died was an especially tough one. I had spent the last 2 days of his life in his house taking his video deposition while he was on oxygen knowing he was deathly ill but having no clue that within 8 hrs of leaving his home , he would be dead." Mike continues, "This just fortifies my resolve to go out there and make sure that families like the Broussard's have their day in court."
Mike is a consummate family man. He married his college sweetheart, Dr. Allyson Patronella and they have 3 kids, and most recently a brand new baby granddaughter. Mike spends his time coaching his 2 son's baseball, basketball and soccer teams while doting over his granddaughter. The family supports St. Michael Catholic Church and Mike's alma mater, St. Thomas High School both in Houston. He is also on the board of directors of the Texas Italian American Sports Hall of Fame.
Mike also has a final bit of advice for all his clients and any one who has been wronged in the eyes of the law, "My advice is simple. -- we are here for you. There are NO silly questions.
