Excessive workouts may increase risk of deadly heart problems
Recent studies conducted in Germany and Sweden suggest that excessive fitness workout may increase the risk of heart attack, Mail Online reported on May 14.

In another study, researchers in Sweden suggests that younger men may develop abnormal heart rhythm in their older years by performing more than five hours of strenuous exercise every week. However, people aged 60 years or older may lessen their chance of having an abnormal heart rhythm by 13 percent if they do a brisk walk or ride a bicycle for at least an hour everyday compared to those who do not exercise.
